2019 Resolution

Every year I just make one up to get into the New Year spirit and yet every year, I will forget all about it by February. But what is a New Year without resolution, right?

Here goes....

1. To look good and feel fab at 40. (Oh yes, I am turning the big 4-0 this year!)

2. Continue to eat less carbs and sugar. I did that successfully last year and lost 5kg. I should make it a lifestyle change and continue to eat less of carbs and sugar.

3. Charge my 'Iman battery' by seeking more knowledge on my faith and religion. I seriously need to start getting serious!

4. Continue to live as chemical-free as possible. It is so easy with essential oils, I swear.

5. Be happy because life IS great. LIVE it!

6. Spend more quality time with close friends and family. (Especially my Tokmi and my mummy)

7. Give more to charity. Everyday is an opportunity to do something good for someone else. Last year I feel like I didn't do enough so hopefully, this year I will do more.

8. Talk to my children more. They are growing up so fast and soon, they will not want to talk to me anymore. Its crazy that in just less than 3 years, I will have a teenager in my house. I wish I can stop this clock!

9. Be in love. Show my love. It is my 10th year anniversary this year. I love my husband and I don't want anyone else. I want to be crazy in love this year.

10. BIBO and enjoy the ride.

2019 is going to be awesome. I can feel it.
